Website Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
About These Terms
This website is operated by Heads Held High Billing, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“HHHB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These terms describe the permitted use of our website and educational materials. Additional written agreements or enrollment terms apply when you purchase services or participate in a course.
Website Information and Educational Content
Our website provides information about billing, credentialing, practice ownership, coaching, and training for behavioral health providers.
Our educational content and business coaching do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting services. Participating in coaching or training does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Requirements vary by state, profession, payer, and business structure. You are responsible for verifying requirements that apply to your practice and obtaining individualized advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Inquiries and Service Agreements
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or asking about a service does not establish a paid service relationship.
Billing, credentialing, coaching, and other services are subject to the scope, fees, responsibilities, and cancellation provisions established in the applicable written agreement. If these website terms conflict with a separately signed service agreement, that agreement controls for those services.
Course Registration
Submitting a course interest or registration-request form does not reserve a place. Enrollment is confirmed after we verify availability and receive the required payment.
Dates, format, fees, included materials, and any continuing education credit availability are described on the relevant course page and in enrollment communications. Please review these details before paying.
Start Your Solo Practice: Attendance and Refunds
Start Your Solo Practice is a live course. Participants are responsible for checking the scheduled dates before enrolling.
Missed instruction and discussion will not be made up. Individual catch-up sessions are not included, and missing a session does not entitle a participant to a refund.
Course registration is nonrefundable unless Heads Held High Billing, LLC cancels the course, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If we cancel the course, we will refund the course registration fee in full.
Any necessary schedule change will be communicated to enrolled participants. We will explain the proposed arrangements and any applicable options before implementing the change.
Optional Follow-Up Coaching
Optional follow-up coaching is a separate purchase from course registration. The package description and written booking terms specify the number and length of sessions, the period in which they must be used, and the applicable scheduling and cancellation policies.
Purchasing follow-up coaching does not include ongoing billing, credentialing, or other services unless expressly agreed in writing.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We provide education, guidance, and services within the scope of our agreements. We do not guarantee insurance panel acceptance, payer processing times, claim payment, reimbursement rates, client volume, revenue, or business profitability.
Outcomes depend on factors including payer decisions, applicable requirements, information supplied to us, and the decisions and actions of each practice. This does not limit our responsibility to perform services we have expressly agreed to provide.
Workbooks and Training Materials
Website content and course materials are owned by Heads Held High Billing, LLC or used with permission from their owners.
Unless otherwise stated, participants may download, print, and adapt worksheets provided for their own learning and internal practice use. Materials may not be resold, publicly posted, distributed to others, or used to teach another course without written permission.
Participants may not record training or coaching sessions without prior permission from HHHB and any other participants being recorded. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
Respectful Participation and Confidential Information
Participants are expected to interact respectfully and avoid sharing identifying information about clients.
Do not submit clinical records, client identifiers, insurance information, or other protected health information through general website forms or consultation requests. When our services require access to protected health information, appropriate agreements and methods for sharing information will be established separately.
Do not record, publish, or distribute another participant’s personal or business disclosures without their permission. Although we ask participants to respect one another’s privacy, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not use this website to submit fraudulent information, harass others, transmit malicious software, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
Any response to misuse affecting paid services or course participation will be subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or use third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and QuickBooks for invoicing. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use information through this website and related communications.
Website Availability and Updates
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. We may update website content and features as needed and cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Changes to these website terms will be posted here with an updated date. Posting revised website terms does not by itself change an existing signed service agreement or previously agreed enrollment terms.
