Your rate is based on average claim volume:
Up to 100 claims: 8%
101–300 claims: 7%
301–400 claims: 6%
401+ claims: 5%
Private-pay transactions: $5 each
Ongoing billing includes claim submission and follow-up, eligibility verification, payment reconciliation, denial management and appeals, and transparent tracking and reporting.
Best for: Solo practitioners and group practices that would rather spend their time running their practice than managing the day-to-day billing process.
Credentialing
Starting at $75 per payer
Need help getting independently credentialed, adding clinicians to a group, or expanding your payer network? We can manage the credentialing process and follow-up for you.
CAQH review: $125
Credentialing can be used as a standalone service or alongside ongoing billing.
Best for: Providers starting an insurance-based practice, leaving a third-party platform, adding clinicians, expanding into additional networks, or simply tired of chasing credentialing applications themselves.
Learn It
1:1 Medical Billing Training
Solo Practice / Individual Provider Training: $200/hour
Group Practice / Administrative Team Training: $300/hour
Training can be prorated based on session length and is individualized around your practice, EHR, payer mix, workflows, and billing questions.
Best for: Providers and administrative staff who want to manage billing independently but want to know they're doing it correctly.
Group Medical Billing Training
$399 per participant
Our small, live group training teaches the billing process from setup through payment and troubleshooting over several sessions, with time between sessions to actually put what you're learning into practice.
Best for: Clinicians, practice owners, and administrative staff who want a structured foundation in behavioral health billing.
